Frequently Asked Questions
All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Most orders will ship from the warehouse usually within 2-3 business days.
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please, allow 7-10 business days to receive your in-stock merchandise.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a prompt and courteous refund. No questions asked!
All returned items must be in their original vendor packaging and be in “like new” condition. We cannot accept open or used items for return.
If you would like to return an item to us you must call for authorization. Please securely pack the item in its original packing material along with the original invoice or packing list (or a copy) and send it via US Mail, UPS or any other trackable shipping method. We cannot issue credits or refunds for items that we have not received. Proof of delivery may be necessary.
Include a note explaining why you are returning the product and let us know if you would like to exchange the product for another item or if you prefer a refund. We will refund you the dollar amount for the price you paid for the product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All returns will be processed using the same method of payment for the purchase. If you are exchanging for the same item or purchasing a different item we will apply this amount towards another product.
For damaged products, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product for a return authorization.
Please include your name, complete address, telephone number and email address so we can accurately process your return. Also include your original order number if available.
If an item is undeliverable, we will refund the price of the item, we will not refund the shipping charges.
When your order ships out, you’ll be emailed a tracking number which you can track your orders progress online 24/7.
Let us know ASAP before your order ships out (you usually have 1 business day we can manually adjust before the shipping process begins.
IF your order has shipped out already, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.
